Darts

We have a nine person mixed dart team at present but would like to recruit more. We are currently about the middle of our division and feel that next season we may get closer to the top.

Pool

Our pool team have won the 5th division and have been promoted to the 4th Division of the Long Eaton Pool League. Well done lads!

Football

Our football team is in its’ first season and has undergone many changes including management  but now it is more stable and this season instead of being bottom of the first division of the East Midlands Senior League we reckon that we should finish nearer the middle. We are also trying to get our home pitch moved to the one at the rear of the Travs’ instead of having to trek into Long Eaton to play on West Park all the time. As with all teams we always looking for new blood and welcome anyone who wants to have a go. We play on Saturday afternoons and train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings either on the 5 a side court behind the table tennis club or on the pitch at the rear of the Travs’ and start at 7pm. anyone interested in signing up for the team should ask for Stevie Holtham.

Draycott Travellers FC team 06/07 season

The team for the 07/08 season has greatly changed and is currently winning most of their matches compared to our being at the bottom of the league last season may find us somewhere near the middle this. we have had some great wins recently including knocking Ashbourne Town out of the cup and i'm sure we are going to have lots more. So come and support your team we play at home on West Park and the fixtures list is displayed on the notice board in the Travs.
